Therefore, we have developed a cohesive plan based on the precautionary measures and procedures as defined by the National Public Health Organization, which includes enhanced Health & Safety Guidelines for all guests and employees without making any compromises on the quality of our guests’ experience.

Generic Procedures
  • Hand sanitizers have been installed in all common areas of the hotel.
  • All surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
  • Open air Public Areas.
  • 24/7 doctor is provided upon request with appropriate charges.
  • Keyless Mobile access. Your Smartphone is replacing your hotel room key.
  • Launching Mykonos Bliss SuitePad. Guests can control how they engage with our employees – limiting face-to-face interactions while maintaining the highest levels of service. 

Reception Precautions
  • Guests are welcomed in outdoor spaces.
  • Hand sanitizers are placed on the reception and in all public areas.
  • Check-out until 11:00 a.m., Check-in from 15:00 pm.
  • Implementation of electronic check in / check out procedures.
  • Electronic invoices and receipts available upon request.

Employee Precautions
  • Daily temperature control for all employees.
  • Providing staff with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Training and encouraging staff to comply with all the approved hygiene practices and government instructions.

Rooms Precautions
  • Guest Rooms surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants.
  • Steam machine is used to disinfect furniture and fabrics.
  • Guest Rooms are disinfected with Purespace, one of the most efficient technologies on the market.
  • Ozone disinfection is also available upon request.

Restaurant Precautions
  • Restaurant staff is taking all the necessary hygiene and social distancing measures.
  • Minimum distances between tables have been applied.

Swimming Pool Precautions
  • Regular inspection of the swimming pool with maximum chlorine as instructed by N.P.H.O.
  • Sanitation of the pool area, surfaces, tables and chairs after each use.
  • Safe distances between each sun bed and chaise lounge.
  • Pool towels are placed in guest rooms.

Housekeeping and Laundry Precautions
  • Reinforced room cleaning protocols, to include extra disinfection of high touch room & bathroom areas.
  • During the time between each check-in and check-out the room is cleaned, thoroughly disinfected followed by adequate natural ventilation of the space.
  • Housekeeping services are offered according to guest’s preference: Daily, drop or no service.
  • Laundry, linen and swimming pool towels are washed at high temperature. 
  • Steam machine is used to disinfect furniture and fabrics.
